At Spectrum, we’re committed to providing our clients with the highest quality team members, quickly and efficiently. To achieve this, we emphasize effective communication and meaningful feedback throughout the process. From the very beginning, we take the time get to know our clients and understand their company culture, team dynamics, and other intangibles that make them unique. These intangibles play a very important role in the decision process of passive candidates, especially when considering a lateral move. Because passive candidates are commonly the most talented workers available, they factor highly in our recruiting efforts. Our ability to effectively communicate your unique intangibles is essential to encouraging them to pursue a new opportunity.
By starting relationships out the right way, we’re usually able to quickly produce a pool of high quality candidates. Sometimes, however, what we learn while working a job order, or what our clients discover during early interviews, requires adjustments. After six successful years with the company Arzu was recruited again, this time by a startup telecom. Arzu was tasked with building-out the startup’s human resources department together with an internal recruiting division capable of meeting the company’s aggressive growth targets. In the two-year period following implementation, the department successfully onboarded over three hundred full time employees.
In 2011, Arzu went into business for herself, founding Smart Resources Group. The company grew quickly and now enjoys a prominent market position, providing recruiting and staffing services throughout Europe, Asia, and the Pacific.
While visiting family friends in Seattle, Arzu was inspired by its thriving entrepreneurial community and returned in 2016 to create Spectrum Sourcing Group; a sister company to Smart Resources Group. The location may be new, but Arzu’s philosophy remains unchanged: exceptional results from a collaborative process; building the highest quality teams, quickly and efficiently.
